Varian Mist Eliminator with oil return (one required per roughing pump).Extracts oil vapor from roughing pump exhaust when an external venting system is not available in the lab. Can only be used on the Varian roughing pumps now shipping with new instruments. The appropriate number of mist eliminators are included in the pump kit that automatically ships with instruments.
